Notice on Convening the National Minigolf Sport Annual Work Conference

To All Relevant Units:
To further promote the standardized and professional development of Minigolf in China, our center has decided to convene the National Minigolf Project Annual Work Conference from November 14 to 17, 2025, in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province. The relevant details are hereby notified as follows:
I. Conference Date
November 15–16, 2025
II. Conference Venue
Zhouzhuang Water Rhythm Hotel, Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province
III. Participants
Details are provided in the attachment.

IV. Schedule
1. Attend the opening ceremony of the National Minigolf Open (Kunshan Station).
2. Observe the competition.
3. Work summary of the CMPC.
4. Announcement of the list of CMPC member candidates.
5. Key work plans.
6. Speech by the leadership of the China Leisure Sports Administration Center (CLSAC).
7. Symposium on promoting the development of Minigolf.
8. Review of various Minigolf rules and regulatory documents.
V. Check-in and Departure
Participants are requested to check in at the Zhouzhuang Water Rhythm Hotel, Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province (No. 497 Kunshan Daqiao Road, next to the old Zhouzhuang Bus Station) after 12:00 on November 14, and depart before 12:00 on November 17.

VI. Expenses
Participants are responsible for their own round-trip transportation expenses. Accommodation and meals during the conference will be arranged by the organizing committee.
