Notice from the China Leisure Sports Administration Center (CLSAC) on Organizing the 2025 National Minigolf Referee Training Course
To All Relevant Units:
In order to improve the grading system for Minigolf referees, promote the standardized development of Minigolf, and ensure the organization and implementation of national Minigolf competitions and activities, it has been decided to conduct the 2025 National Minigolf Referee Training Course. The relevant details are hereby notified as follows:
I. Organizing Unit

China Minigolf Sport Promotion Committee (CMPC)
Jiangsu Provincial Social Sports Management Center
III. Executing Unit
Suzhou SmartPutt Sports Technology Co., Ltd.
IV. Training Duration
August 28–30, 2025 (three days in total)
V. Training Location
Wangyuan Valley International Minigolf Course
VI. Eligibility for Registration
Citizens of the People’s Republic of China who abide by laws and regulations, uphold professional ethics, and are at least 18 years old are eligible to register for this specialized skill training and assessment.

VIII. Assessment Standards
1. Theoretical assessment, total score: 100 points.
2. Practical assessment, total score: 100 points.
3. Score evaluation: Theoretical score × 40% + Practical score × 60%. A final score of 60 points or higher is considered a pass.
4. Participants who fail to complete the required training content or violate assessment regulations will be disqualified from the assessment.
IX. Certification
Participants who pass the training and examination will be awarded a Minigolf Referee Grade Certificate by CLSAC. The specific certificate grade will be determined based on the following assessment results:

The referee training fee standards have been previously announced. The fees are as follows:
· National-level referee training fee: 2,000 RMB/person
· First-level referee training fee: 2,000 RMB/person
· Second-level referee training fee: 1,800 RMB/person
· Third-level referee training fee: 1,600 RMB/person
1. All participants will initially pay a base training fee of 1,600 RMB/person. The difference will be paid later based on the assessed grade. This fee primarily covers venue equipment, instructor fees, etc., and will be collected by CLSAC. When transferring the base fee, please note "Minigolf Referee - Name." When transferring the balance, please note "Minigolf Referee Grade - Name."

2. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. Accommodation will be arranged by the hosting unit. Participants will stay at Zhouzhuang Yueyunzhuang Hotel. The total cost is 450 RMB/person (twin room, including accommodation for the nights of August 28 and 29, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner on August 29; and breakfast and lunch on August 30).

XI. Registration
Registration is open from the date of this notice until August 20, 2025. Fill out the registration form (Attachment 1) and send it to the designated email: office@minigolfsport.cn. Payment should be made only after confirmation of successful registration by the staff. Fees are non-refundable for participants unable to attend or who fail the assessment due to personal reasons.

XII. Check-in
Participants must check in at the lobby of Wangyuan Valley International Minigolf Course in Zhouzhuang by 17:30 on August 28.
1. Present the original ID card and submit a copy of the ID card.
2. Print, sign, and submit the training course registration form (see Attachment 1) and the voluntary participation commitment letter (Attachment 2).
3. Provide proof of personal accident insurance and sudden acute illness death insurance (covering the round-trip period for training and assessment).
4. Submit two 2-inch bareheaded photos with a white background.
Participants lacking the above materials will not be allowed to participate in the training and assessment. All consequences arising from health or other personal reasons during the training and assessment period shall be borne by the participants themselves.
