Introduction: Southern Kunshan Overseas Retuned Scholars Association was established in Kunshan Resorts Zone in Jan 13, 2023. This association is a voluntary and non-profit mass organization of returned students of Kunshan Resort Zone from Overseas, led by the Working Committee of Kunshan Resort Zone and administered by the Organization personnel Bureau (Propaganda Office) of Kunshan Resort Zone.

European and American students in Kunshan tourist resort will abide by the national constitution, laws, regulations and policies, unite and serve overseas students at home and abroad, inherit and carry forward the patriotic tradition of studying abroad, and persist in establishing a foothold in Kunshan, facing the whole country, and opening up overseas. the association of regiment, organization, hosting and practical work will contribute to the high-quality development of Kunshan tourist resort.
